Located in the heart of China’s Yangtze River Delta, Kunshan Mingqian Institute of Microbiology specializes in the R&D, production, and technical services of laboratory mouse models. It is one of the few high-standard barrier animal facilities in China to hold dual certifications for both SPF and germ-free (GF) grade animals.

Led by founder Dr. Qinzhang Zhu, a scientist with over 30 years of experience at the forefront of biomedical research in Europe and the U.S., the MQM team brings together seasoned professionals with an average of 10+ years of industry expertise. Dr. Zhu is renowned for developing the world’s first PCSK9 humanized mouse model and has received multiple prestigious honors, including the “Suzhou Dual-Innovation Talent,” “Flying Goose Plan,” and “National High-Level Talent” awards.
