Product Overview
This kit features a proprietary buffer system that effectively eliminates PCR inhibitors commonly found in mouse tissue samples, ensuring accurate downstream genotyping.
Only 0.5–1 mg of mouse tail tissue is required to extract 10–20 μg of high-quality, high-purity genomic DNA from both juvenile and adult mice—minimizing animal harm during sampling. The extracted DNA is PCR-ready and demonstrates excellent compatibility with Taq polymerase, including for long-fragment amplification.
